Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

• Provide customer service

• Identify and secure qualified carriers for freight services

• Maintain relationships with qualified carriers

• Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules

• Work with shippers and carriers to manage schedules

• Track and report shipment status to customers

Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Negotiation skills

• Ability to function in fast paced/high volume working environment

• Sales/Cold Calling
